Eligibility: South Korea not in the country list — any path for KR-based teams?

The inclusive country list in the Official Rules doesn't
include South Korea (verified — zero "Korea" mentions in
the rules).

Two quick clarifications:

1. Is the omission intentional, or can KR be added?
2. If the named Entrant resides in a listed country, may
team contributors reside in non-listed countries (e.g.,
Korea) — or must every Team member individually qualify?

  Hi there,

  Unfortunately the rules were written intentionally. All members of any team must be eligible to participate or the entire team is ineligible. We hope to see you in another hackathon soon!
